Part1
1. I'm impressed with this photos. The building look really cool repeated two times.
2. I'm guessing he used photoshop or just moved the camera while taking the photos.
3. I would probably use the twin towers and really tall buildings. I would most likely be unable to get a photo of those pictures because I don't live near big cities. These buildings are located near big towns.
Part2
1. I picked this photo because the idea of it looks really cool.
2. Photojournalist of the Year (smaller markets)
3. 1st Place
4. I would say that he blurred the background, which makes the photo stand out to me.
5. A lot, since the whole point of the contest was to get a shot of the market and what better way is to take a photo , than in mother nature.
6. He would of probably gotten informed about the book project maybe.
1. I picked this photo because you don't you don't see that in our everyday life's.
2. Domestic News
3. 1st place
4. The lights in the background look really nice and abstracting.
5. The violence and police make up the title of the contest.
6. Maybe if he looked at the newspaper and was aware of it.
Part3
1. I think the three most important ones are the Bathing at La Grenouillere, Chez le pere Lathuille,
and Poppy.
4. I don't think he tried to follow this image, it probably just came to him.
5. Maybe using chalk into my artwork would influence me.

National Geographic Warm-up
This is my favorite photo because I like how the photographer caught the photo of the cheetah getting ready to jump off the branch. Also, how the tree angles around the photo. The color of the photo brings out the bright foggy sky in the background.
I would probably have used this photo on top because nature is beauty in our world and also the living creatures, such as the cheetah. Nature never needs to get ready to take a photo, its just naturally beautiful and gets many people's attention.
Photo Manipulation and Ethics
Basically, newspaper photographers would use the program photoshop to edit their pictures. Many of them got fired after they eventually got caught of their fake photos they would publish to their newspaper. Also, since many tried editing their photos, there would be one original and the rest, were all fake. Newspaper companies don't allow their workers to use edited photos because it kills the whole point of being a photographer and it makes them look bad.
I think editing your pictures into a newspaper is unethical because it just shows that your photos are really bad that you have to add touch ups to it, which ruins the original copy of it.
The most unethical photo was the one where George W. Bush appeared in a photo that he was never in. It shows false information and can get the reader the wrong idea if they continue to publish false information.
I think this photo isn't as bad as the other ones because anyone could care less to what her teeth look like. They are talking about her issues and not her appearance. This photo to me looks reasonable and formal because it gives a clear message to the viewer.

Seeing earth from far away got my attention by the first second. This photograph looks really unique because earth looks like a crystal marble. I think it made the cut because in the picture, you can see a planet and the moon, which is really awesome.

This photograph and really nice because the women is trying to bring peace with the solders. She looks like a brave women for getting near a dozen solders and trying to bring peace. It made the cut because this picture inspired flower power, which is an organization for peace of war.
Touching People
1. I think this was a cool project. Experimenting like that is a great way to come up with new ways of taking pictures now a days. More people should do this project in the future.
2. I would feel awkward and uncomfortable with it but agree to do it anyways.
3. Maybe like someone hugging another person from the back and the other person not hugging back.
4. I thought the photographers were really good. They look very unique and different.

Best and Worst
This is a good picture because I got to angle the camera while taking the picture. You can see him clearly, and there is no blur. You also have a clean background.
I could of done better job on this picture. I cut off the flag, when I was trying to get it in the picture. And also, I got apart of the piece of paper my partner was holding by accident.
